Office Manager, Financial Coordinator

Kim is from Broussard, Louisiana, and graduated from Comeaux High School in 2009. She later trained as a Dental and Orthodontic Assistant at the Academy of Acadiana.

At Balhoff Orthodontics, Kim assists patients with payment plans, welcomes families to the office, and answers account-related questions. She strives to keep the financial process simple and stress-free so every patient feels supported.

Outside the office, Kim enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with loved ones. She married her high school sweetheart, Donovan, in 2017, and together they have a daughter, Gracie, and three energetic dogs—Remi, Buddy, and Gunner.

Kacie

Treatment Coordinator

Kacie joined Balhoff Orthodontics in 2022 with 15 years of experience as a dental assistant, beginning her career in 2007. She works alongside Dr. Balhoff during new patient exams and enjoys building connections with every patient she meets.

Kacie values the supportive, family-like atmosphere at Balhoff Orthodontics and loves being part of a team dedicated to creating beautiful smiles.

Outside the office, Kacie cheers for the New Orleans Saints and the New York Yankees. She has been married to her high school sweetheart since 2009 and is a proud mom of three—and one fur baby, Copper. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing and making memories with her family.

Jessica is from New Iberia and graduated from New Iberia Senior High School in 2017. She has two children, Coen and Kinsley, and loves spending her free time with family, fishing, and shopping.

Jessica began her orthodontic career in 2019 and joined Balhoff Orthodontics in 2022. She ensures the clinic is fully stocked and that appointments run efficiently. She also enjoys joking and laughing with her team, bringing warmth and positivity to the office every day.

Kelli

Clinical Assistant,
Lab Coordinator

Kelli joined Balhoff Orthodontics in 2023 after 13 years as a dental assistant and brings extensive experience to her role. She assists Dr. Balhoff, sees patients, orders appliances, and fabricates retainers.

Kelli enjoys meeting new patients, seeing their progress, and appreciates Dr. Balhoff’s genuine care for patients and the supportive team environment.
Outside of work, Kelli loves spending time with her kids and family, bow hunting, fishing, taking beach trips, and reading Colleen Hoover books.

Abigail

Clinical Assistant,
Aligner Coordinator

Abigail graduated from New Iberia Senior High in 2019 and earned her Dental and Orthodontic Assisting certification from the Academy of Acadiana in 2021. She began her orthodontic career that same year and completed her Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification in May 2022.

At Balhoff Orthodontics, Abigail works chairside with Dr. Balhoff and manages all aligner cases. She combines technical skill with compassionate care, helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout treatment. She loves the family-like environment and the strong relationships she forms with patients and teammates.

Outside the office, Abigail enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors. Known for her big personality—and even bigger sweet tooth—she brings energy and warmth everywhere she goes.

Lexie

Clinical Assistant,
Lab Technician

Lexie is a 2024 graduate of Iota High School and began her dental training at Accelerated Dental Academy before joining Balhoff Orthodontics. She serves as a chairside assistant and lab technician, helping guide patients through treatment and fabricating Essix retainers and fixed-retainer models.

She values the strong bonds she builds with patients and teammates and loves the positive, family-like atmosphere in the office.
Outside the office, Lexie enjoys painting, picnics, and playing board games with her competitive family. She is also an animal lover and adores her cat, Clarence.

Kristin joined Balhoff Orthodontics after being impressed by the care and results her children received. With a background in teaching and deep ties to the local community, she enjoys connecting with families and local dentists to share the positive impact orthodontics can have.

She appreciates Dr. Balhoff’s genuine kindness and meticulous attention to detail, as well as the enthusiasm and support of the entire team.
Outside the office, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family, participating in book clubs, and playing creative games with friends.
